Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 7 days after delivery. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost.
If you cancel your order before we dispatch it, we will provide a full refund. All refunds will be initiated through a Bank NEFT/RTGS/PayPal transfer, which will take 5-10 working days to process.
1. If your purchased product arrives broken or damaged, you have the option to receive another product or a full refund from the insurance company. To process the insurance claim faster, we request that you follow these steps:
2. Take photos of the packaging if it arrived with external damage.
Open the parcel within 3 days of delivery.
3. If you receive the item in broken condition, email Artefactindia and the shipping company (Fedex or DHL) about the damage with photographs.
Provide additional details to the insurance company upon request. As soon as the claim is settled by the insurance company, we will inform you by email.
Please note that no claims will be entertained once the 3-day period for opening the parcel has passed.
